Profitia is a company of Polish origin with entirely Polish capital. It was established in 2010, based on the best experience gained from consulting companies around the world. Since then, Partners and the constantly growing team have been helping the largest companies in Poland to improve their purchasing processes, often creating strategies, teams and tools from scratch.

 

We strive to ensure that our knowledge helps not only to significantly improve companies' financial results, but also to build effective teams and processes.

 

We have the ambition to actively participate in the construction and development of knowledge in the field of strategic and operational management on the Polish market, with particular emphasis on purchasing knowledge.

Experienced consultant and purchasing project manager. He advised the largest companies in the region in the raw materials, production, telecommunications and financial industries. He led purchasing projects aimed primarily at improving purchasing efficiency by implementing advanced and innovative process and organizational solutions. He advised on several dozen negotiation processes supported by the Harvard methodology, which resulted in over PLN 500 million in annual savings.

 

He has been involved in shopping since the beginning of his professional career. He started his career with Accenture, co-creating an innovative business-to-business trade portal. He spent over 1 year in China running his own business and learning the secrets of specific negotiations with representatives of the Middle Kingdom. He returned to consulting, first to Accenture, then for over 5 years with AT Kearney - a leading global consulting company, primarily in the field of procurement.

 

As a trainer/coach, he cooperates with BIG FISH and the Department of Logistics at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Experienced consultant and purchasing project manager. He has ten years of experience in strategic consulting, in particular in the area of ​​purchasing optimization and business process improvement.

 

He gained his consulting experience working for leading strategic consulting companies - Kolaja & Partners, Deutsche Post Inhouse Consulting and AT Kearney. He successfully implemented consulting projects in Poland, Germany and Lithuania. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the prestigious CEMS Masters In International Management study program.

 

His areas of specialization include optimization of purchasing costs, building organization and purchasing processes, restructuring and post-merger integration. The projects he was involved in brought a total of over PLN 200 million in confirmed, lasting purchase savings.

An experienced manager with several years of experience working in and for Purchasing. She gained purchasing experience in Polish Capital Groups with international reach. She took on challenges related to, among others: with the implementation and strengthening of central purchasing, team management in a matrix structure, minimizing maveric spend and implementing new purchasing procedures and platforms. 

 

At PROFITIA, she helps clients in the effective implementation of purchasing processes through optimization projects, CIPS corporate certification and training developing purchasing competences. He also looks after the People & Culture area, building and developing a team of experts - enthusiasts combining the world of shopping and consulting.
