He conducted procurement projects aimed primarily at improving the efficiency of procurement by implementing advanced and innovative process and organizational solutions. He advised in several dozen negotiation processes supported by the Harvard methodology, which brought over 500 million annual savings.
Experienced consultant and project manager of procurement. He has ten years of experience in strategic consulting, especially in the area of procurement optimization and business process improvements.
His consulting experience gained in working for leading management consulting firms - Kolaja & Partners, Deutsche Post Inhouse Consulting and A.T. Kearney. He worked successfully on consulting projects in Poland, Germany and Lithuania. He graduated Warsaw School of Economics and prestigious study program CEMS Masters in International Management.

She has consulting experience in terms of purchases for a number of leading companies in Poland.
